Water Street Place - Elgin, Illinois
RSC & Associates, in partnership with Ryan Companies, has been selected to develop Water Street Place in Elgin, IL.
Currently in the planning phase, the $53 million development is set to create an energy filled mixed-use city center
at the site of the city’s former library. With a prominent downtown location, Water Street Place offers 150 condominium units, 20,000 square feet of commercial space, and over 350 parking spaces.
Water Street Place integrates specialty retail, restaurants, entertainment, and luxury residential living, and is
complemented by rich cultural and recreational amenities second only to those of Chicago.
Phase-one of construction is set to begin in Spring 2008.
