The Village of Oak Park selected RSC & Associates to contribute to the community’s unique modern and historic aesthetic by developing a vibrant new mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Oak Park on Lake Street just east of the Lake and Harlem intersection. The development includes approximately 18,000 square feet of street level commercial space, a 47,000 square foot MultiPlex health club, and 44 condominium units with underground parking.
The sales center opened in October 2004 and now has 100% of the residential units under contract.
