REIS A. KAYSER

Reis Kayser, Vice President of RSC & Associates, has more than 25 years of real estate development, construction, and marketing experience. His responsibilities include coordinating development activities and program management for the Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites Hotels in downtown Milwaukee . The project also includes a 120 luxury apartment building and retail and restaurant space. Mr. Kayser’s expertise includes master planning, zoning, construction administration, contract negotiations, land acquisition, and market analysis. Mr. Kayser has held primary roles in the development of senior housing, multi-family housing, high-rise commercial, mixed-use developments, retail, sports/wellness, and healthcare projects.

Prior to joining RSC , Mr. Kayser was President of Equities Development, LLC from 2003, a real estate development company focusing on senior housing, multi-family housing, and commercial development. Mr. Kayser provided program management services and is a development partner in a successful 104 unit condominium project.

From 1998 to 2003 Mr. Kayser worked for nationally recognized senior housing companies with leading roles in the development of senior retirement communities in several states and Canada . Responsibilities included market analysis, site selection, entitlements and construction. One notable project included an opulent $44 million waterfront senior community in Jupiter, Florida .

From 1991 to 1998 Mr. Kayser’s work focused on healthcare related real estate developments for an integrated healthcare provider system. He led the organization’s project development effort by completing several projects that included 5 freestanding mid-rise medical office buildings, a health and wellness center, a $44 million retirement community, and $25 million in hospital expansion projects.

Prior to 1991 Mr. Kayser was engaged in commercial development, brokerage and land assemblage. He managed company operations including business development, property development, and construction. As a consultant to the Prime Group, Inc., Mr. Kayser Negotiated and closed 18 distinct land purchase transactions that resulted in a 50-acre commercial land assemblage at a major tollway interchange and culminated in development of a destination shopping center.

Mr. Kayser is a licensed Architect and maintains an active Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
