Michael A. Rheintgen
Michael A. Rheintgen is the Chief Financial Officer of RSC & Associates. Mr. Rheintgen has over 25 years of experience in the accounting and Real Estate/Developer industry which includes five years in public accounting at the onset of his career. Since leaving public accounting, Mr. Rheintgen has spent the last 21 years in the real estate industry having worked for nationally recognized, national, regional and local firms in both the public and private sectors. During the course of his work experience Mr. Rheintgen has held Management/Vice President of Finance positions with some of the largest companies in the real estate industry including KB Home and Richmond American Homes.
Prior to joining RSC & Associates, Mr. Rheintgen was the Vice President of Finance for the Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana division of KB Home which developed single family and multi-family residential properties. Mr. Rheintgen's broad work experience includes first-hand experience with virtually all aspects of residential real estate management and development from land acquisition, land development, finance & accounting, sales anc construction.
Mr. Rheintgen is a CPA and is a member of the Illinois State CPA Society.
