John R. Dewar
John R. Dewar, Senior Vice President of RSC & Associates, leads the development team and is currently the Development Manager of a luxury residential development in Naples, Florida.
Prior to joining RSC, Mr. Dewar was Vice President of the Development Group for Prime Group Realty Trust (NYSE: PGE), a real estate investment trust that owns, develops, manages and leases mixed-use real estate. While at PGE, Mr. Dewar participated in the development of commercial and retail properties.
Before joining PGE, Mr. Dewer was President of two separate construction companies where he developed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space in Phoenix, Tampa, Miami, Tallahassee, Sarasota, and Chicago. He also developed 4 million square feet of industrial and manufacturing facilities and 300,000 square feet of retail shopping centers.
From 1989 to 1997 Mr. Dewar served as manager of corporate real estate for Florida Power and Light Company where he was responsible for sales, leasing, property management, and the construction and development groups.
Mr. Dewar maintains an active Florida Real Estate Sales License and has been a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks since 1975. |
